Weekly Rates
SUMMER: runs from the last Friday of June through the first week of September.
Rate per week are $3,000.00.
FALL: runs from second week of September through the first week of November.
Rate per week is $2,500.00.
WINTER: runs from the second week of November through the first week of March.
Rate per week is $2,250.00.
SPRING: runs from the second week of March to the last Friday of June.
Rate per week is $2,500.00.

Availability- This House is no longer available for rental.
Weeks run from Friday to Friday. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Friday afternoon. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Friday morning. There will be no overlap on Fridays of reserved dates.
Booking and Payment Information

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due at time of confirmation along with the signed rental agreement. The remainder is due within 30 days of the rental agreement's commencement. A cleaning fee of $250, and a security deposit of $500 are also due 30 days before check-in.
The cancellation policy is as follows: If more than 60 days before checkin- the deposit will be fully refunded . If less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before checkin- 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If less than 30 days before checkin, the deposit is forfeited.
